Does your store offer Christmas gifts that are Made in America?
The Chamber wants to promote the top three Christmas gifts your store offers that are “Made in America.”
ABC reports that the average American will spend $704 on holiday gifts and goodies this year, totaling more than $465 billion according to National Retail Federation estimates. If that money was spent entirely on US made products it would create 4.6 million jobs. But it doesn’t even have to be that big. If each of us spent just $64 on American made goods during our holiday shopping, the result would be 200,000 new jobs.
Now we want to know, as a business, are you in? If so, we want to help promote your products this season and we need to hear from you.
These products will be featured in the “Buy American, Buy Local Gift List” emailed and faxed to Chamber members encouraging them to purchase items from your store that are Made in America!
Simply email Becky Palmer your product’s information (you may include product description, price and website URL if available online).
Deadline to submit product information is Friday December 9th.
